Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
• Cheque Payable to J. Riley-Smith
• Postal order Payable to J. Riley-Smith
• PayPal
A reservation deposit of £200 is payable within 7 days of your booking and will be deducted from your final balance due.
We require payment in full no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. (If you are booking dates that are less than 8 weeks from the start of your holiday, we require payment in full with your booking fee.)
Once the final payment has been received, we will send you a letter to confirm your final holiday details and resort contacts.

Please note - your booking will not be secure untill we receive your deposit.
Once in Resort, our management agency will need to take £100 Security Deposit from you as they check you into the apartment and this will be refunded on the day of departure from the apartment provided there are no breakage's or damages to be paid for.
